Foday Jaward, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at The Elira Law Firm, LLC. Originally from Bo, Sierra Leone, Attorney. Jaward's family immigrated to England and subsequently to Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of South Florida. Atty. Jaward later received his Juris Doctorate degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law. He is a licensed attorney committed to serving his community in the areas of family law, personal injury, and criminal defense. In his spare time, Atty., Jaward enjoys spending time with family and loved ones. He also enjoys aiding and engaging in philanthropic work!

Ms. Singh is native to Mumbai, India. With a Masters in Computer Applications, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise and legal acumen to her work. She began her professional journey at HP, where she excelled as a Technical Associate for two years.Passionate about giving back to her community, She actively participates in an NGO that supports underprivileged individuals. When she's not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time go-karting with her younger brother and hiking with friends. She firmly believes in the mantra "Know Thyself," which guides her personal and professional life.

​Mrs. Peterson serves the firm in business, civil, family, and criminal law areas. She has practical experience at the Anne Arundel County, State's Attorney Office, the D.C. Superior Court, and Rising for Justice, Landlord and Tenant Program as a student attorney. Peterson has over 30 years of government policy experience. She has a B.A. from the University of Virginia, a Master’s from the University of Maryland University College, and is a 2025 Juris Doctor Candidate at the David A. Clark School of Law. She lives in Prince George’s County with her husband, Michael Peterson.
